50-year Warranty

Celebrating 50 years of Laser Tools

To mark our 50th anniversary, selected products carrying the Laser 50 logo are backed by an exceptional 50-year warranty. It’s our way of recognising half a century of tool design, engineering and reliability trusted by professionals worldwide.

These products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of fifty (50) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers (unless otherwise stated on the packaging) structural integrity, metal integrity and surface appearance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Products covered by this warranty may include components that are considered consumable due to the nature of their use. The components/products identified below are considered consumable elements and therefore not covered by the 50-yr warranty. These products have this consumable clause printed on their packaging. For these items, a replacement part is available to purchase separately. A warranty claim may require the complete product to be returned via the retailer/distributor along with a receipt or invoice validating the date of purchase and the product brand. Returned products are first managed by the distributor network, who are entrusted with applying Tool Connection Ltd warranty. Where the replacement or repair of the product cannot be carried out by our distributor, the distributor will forward the product to the Tool Connection limited for repair or replacement as quickly as possible. To save time, where the issue is already known/identified, it may be possible for the end-user to return the product directly to the Tool Connection Ltd service department for direct action. This service can only be actioned by prior arrangement with The Tool Connection Technical or Service departments. (contact number: 01926 818181 Technical Support, 01926 818186 Service Department)
